We are currently seeking:

Recruiting Manager 

BW has a strong focus on attracting, developing, and retaining its people. This role is a wonderful opportunity for someone to make an impact by attracting, sourcing, and hiring talent to ensure BW’s ongoing success. Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? If so, we want you to join our HR team as a Recruiting Manager. You have good experience with recruitment and experience in handling the recruitment process from A-Z. You have great communication skills and will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet their objectives. You are passionate about creating a great candidate experience for our applicants. You will also assist in the onboarding of new joiners and administrative work.  

Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned recruitments from A – Z in Norway and other countries we operate.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Define job requirements, required candidate qualifications and experiences.
  • Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application through to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate feedback. 
  • Assess and shortlist candidates, using interviews and psychometric tests.
  • Manage onboarding and follow up of the candidates recruited including data input to our HR systems.
  • Obtain and store all necessary documents for the candidates including reporting.
  • Manage applications in line with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist HR with operational tasks.
  • Planning and execute employer branding initiatives in recruitment where applicable.
  • Ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years’ experience with recruitment from A-Z. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Higher, relevant education. Relevant experience may compensate for education. 
  • Certified with recruitment tests/assessments is an advantage.
  • Recruitment experience from countries outside of Norway is an advantage.
  • English fluency, verbal and written.

  • Proven ability to work independently, but with strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Results oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment goals.
  • Systematic and organized.
  • High integrity.
  • Strong cultural awareness.
